Team Registration

• There is a $160 donation required for each team

• If you don't have a team please register below as an individual and you will be hand selected on a specific team ($40 for each individual)

• No team may have more than four players

• All players will be provided with a jersey

• No NCAA or ISHA athletes may play on a team

• Each team is gauranteed a minimum of 2 games

• Receive a bag full of giveaways from Sponsors

Tournament will begin in a regular season format spread over four (4) conferences. Each conference will have ten (10) teams vying for the playoffs. Only four (4) teams from each conference will qualify for the playoffs resulting in six (6) teams being eliminated.

Top two (2) teams from each conference will advance to the "winners"  playoff bracket. Next two (2) top teams from each conference will advance to the "consolation" playoff bracket.

In the case of a tie breaker during the regular season, point margin of defeat will determine top teams. Playoff bracket system is single elimination.
